These hand made boots are made from 100% rubber and have a soft and comfortable inner lining. From the sole to calf they stand 17 inches tall keeping the rain and mud way. The calf opening is 16 inches in circumference and can be adjusted up or down 1 1/2 inches in size by using the side strap.

I needed a tall rubber boot for walking our dog through wet, muddy fields with high grass. These are absolutely perfect for the task and very comfortable (you can just hose them off before coming indoors). I normally wear a US 8.5 or 9, so I bought the Euro 39 and they are a great fit with socks or comfortably loose without. They have a flocked, removable insole that you can take out to dry separately if they get a little sweaty (keep in mind, these are rubber and will not breathe). They arrived with a strong rubber odor, so I had to leave them out on the porch for a few days to let them off gas. The greatest thing about the boot is that it has a generously sized calf/shaft with an adjustable buckle at the top, so you can tighten them if need be. These will not pinch your ankles, which some other rubber boots can. I do think it's important to note that these boots are made for working, not for walking. I can't see myself spending a day on pavement in them. My left boot squeaks a bit, but I don't mind that at all.

These boots are just perfect for the wet midwest or any place that has their fair share of rain and snow! Not to mention ice. They do come up higher on my leg than I was expecting, but this is not a bad thing. Walking is not a problem either. I'm sorry I waited so long to buy a pair.

My T&C blue boots arrived today, a Saturday, well packaged. They have a soft liner and cushy insole (removable). I particularly like that they come up to the knees, as shorter boots allow more rain to enter and don't look as attractive on my legs since they cut off at mid-calf. These are easy on and off despite how tall they are.
I ordered 40/41 UK 7, and generally wear an 8-1/2 women. They fit comfortably with room for heavy socks (I also ordered the Dublin Wellie Warmer long socks). Where I live we get more rain and slush than snow, and the Weather service is expecting an unusually rainy fall and early winter for 2010-11 season. My city streets sidewalks and sewer grates often overflow creating deep puddles, so these will be perfect. Love the color too. Will match my mostly skirts and black slacks office outfits as well as perfect for jeans and garden work.

These boots are wonderful! I needed hard-working GARDEN boots that wouldn't crack and split after a couple of months of use. These are holding up great. They're a super fit, too, in the foot and the leg. I was worried after reading a lot of reviews that the leg would be tight, but it's a perfect fit. They've been comfortable from the first time out. LOVE THEM!
