 Comfortable from the get-goAug 15, 2007

My husband has worn many, many different boots over the years. This is the first pair that he ever put on and didn't feel he had to break them in. After wearing them for one day, he had me order another pair to have on hand. A friend of ours, who wears the same size as my husband, tried on the new pair and immediately gave me money to buy some for him. What more can I say about them - they are great!

My husband was really impressed with these boots. As a carpenter, he's on his feet all day, and I have yet to hear him complain about his sore feet since wearing them. Also, he recently stepped in a pond while fishing, and although his boot was completely soaked, he was amazed his foot stayed dry. We'll likely buy another pair.

I received the boots happily very quickly. They were a Christmas present for my husband. They are nice looking and appear to be well made. My husband commented they were very comfortable immediately. It usually takes a week or two of discomfort to break other boots in. Very happy so far.

The footbed is cloth not leather and the tongue is made of very uncomfortable stiff plastic. Do not expect much, this is a poorly made product. Very Disappointed

I just completed my first full day of work landscaping with these new boots. They fit well at first and by the end of the day the leather stretched at least one half size which made them feel big. I ordered a half size smaller than I normally wear because I know that leather boots have a tendency to stretch. Also in the description of the boot they claim to have a foot bed made of leather which it does not, it's made of fabric and not quite as cushy as described. And see that little metal cactus logo on the laces, it's not on the boots...big deal right! And please note that your white socks will turn red as the dye does bleed when your foot sweats. One big plus in the boots favor is they came with extra laces.
